Paul Ronca
FCF President
Paul Ronca, currently serving as President for the Colonial Region, Adirondack Chapter of the Frontiersman Camping Fellowship (FCF) has been actively involved in Royal Rangers since 1995. As with many current leaders, his first introduction to Royal Rangers was through the involvement of his children.
Starting as an assistant with the Buckaroo/Straight Arrow group he quickly assumed responsibility for the class, attended leadership training and took on his first Sectional role as Buckaroo/Straight Arrow Coordinator.
From there he was appointed New York District, Western Section Coordinator where he served for over 20 years.
As a leader, Paul has always been interested in training and became a Certified Instructor during his early years. Knowing that retirement was approaching Paul re-certified as and Instructor through the Royal Rangers Training Academy and went on to attend, and graduate from, the National Academy. This was to position him for service to Royal Ranger leaders while in retirement.
Throughout his almost 30 years with Royal Rangers Paul has taught boys of all age levels. Over the past 10+ years he has headed the Ranger Kid’s program at Evangel Assembly of God Church (Outpost 66) in Williamsville, NY.
Graduating from the State University of NY at Buffalo, with an MBA in Financial Planning and Control, he has been living in Amherst NY for the past 38 years. Paul has been married to his wife, Jeanne, for 40 years and together they raised 4 children and are investing in the next generation.
